House Rules

A few rules of the house, posted by the door.

This is a private estate, not a marketplace. Read, linger, and take what is useful.

The writing and the rooms are mine. Please don't reproduce or republish them without asking.

An inquiry at the Atelier is the beginning of a conversation, not a booking — the terms of any work are agreed together, in writing.

Everything here is offered in good faith and without warranty, and Dutch law applies. The estate is kept by Isabelle Clairmont — the trade name of Isabelle Cranen — in Leiden, the Netherlands (KvK 99797097).

Discretion

I collect as little as possible, and only to reply to you. If you write, inquire, or join the letters, your details are used solely for that — held on my behalf by a few trusted services (MailerLite for the letters, Resend for replies, Plausible for cookieless analytics, Netlify for the house) and never sold. You may see, correct or delete what I hold, withdraw consent any time, and complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. The full discretion notice has the detail.
