The remit
Where a team's signals contradict one another — between people, between channels, between what is said and how it is presented — authority leaks. The work is to find those contradictions and resolve them into something coherent and deliberate.
How it is shaped
Every engagement is scoped to the organisation — a reading of how the group is currently perceived, a calibration of the signals that matter, and a written reference the team keeps. Format, depth and terms are agreed together, in writing.
