Presence, perfected.
Most rooms teach you to perform — louder, warmer, more “magnetic.” This is the opposite: a small group, working on the quiet signals that decide how you are seen, heard and interpreted before you speak — colour and dress, voice and pace, posture and language — and making them stop contradicting one another.
What it is
A live, half-day working session for a small group. Not a talk, not confidence coaching — a session where each person is read individually within the room. You leave knowing exactly how you currently come across, where it works against you, and what to change.
What we work on
- The signals that read as authority — and the ones that quietly leak it.
- Colour, contrast and what you wear — how they read before you speak, and where they help or undercut you.
- Where your visual, verbal and behavioural cues contradict one another — the contradiction is usually the thing no one names.
- How you are read on camera, across a table, and in the first few seconds — before a word is weighed.
- The distance between being noticed and being taken seriously — and how to close it deliberately.
Who it is for
People taken seriously for their work who want their presence to stop undercutting it — founders, professionals, anyone read closely before they are heard. Unisex; not tied to wardrobe, beauty or performance. Not a makeover, and not a pep talk.
What you leave with
- A clear read of how you currently come across.
- The specific contradictions to resolve, named plainly.
- A method you can keep applying, long after the room.
- A written reference to keep.
